Questions, answered

Straight from our terms & pricing pages

Which cards can I pay with?
Visa and Mastercard debit cards today. Other payment options are coming soon.
What does Hyper Ramp charge?
About a 1.0% spread on purchases, shown before you confirm. Sending crypto to your own wallet is free — you only cover the network's own transaction fee.
Does Hyper Ramp hold my crypto?
No. Every purchase is sent straight to the wallet address you provide. Hyper Ramp doesn't host wallets or hold your keys — it's self‑custody by design.
What do I need to get started?
You need to be 18 or older with the capacity to accept our terms. On your first purchase we'll ask for identity and source‑of‑funds details, as required by anti‑money‑laundering regulation.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if funds were taken but the crypto never arrived and you can show proof of payment. Refunds aren't issued once crypto has been delivered to the wallet address you provided — so double‑check it before confirming.
Who regulates Hyper Ramp?
Hyper Ramp is operated by Sigulda s.r.o., registered in Prague, Czech Republic. Complaints are handled in line with PSD2 and MiCA guidelines. Licensed activities are carried out by Damex Digital Ltd, a company registered in Malta.
